Refund policy

At Cowboy Country Club, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise for a refund within 30 days of delivery. 

Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return, click the link to our return portal. Once we receive and process your item, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow 10-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
